    • Candidate must have at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Marketing, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
    • At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Sales & Marketing focusing on Property Development or equivalent.
    • Full-Time position available.
    Key Responsibilities
     
    Strategy 
    • The Manager plays a strategic role in building creative sales strategies that are focused on consumer satisfaction and revenue growth for the company. The Manager creates goals that comply with the attainment of the business’s overall objectives and strives to meet and achieve the goals.
    • The Manager conducts reviews on the existent sales strategies and weighs them against results in order to identify areas of improvement. The candidate subsequently present this information to the management for consideration and approval. In this capacity, the Manager creates comprehensive and compelling strategic proposals that challenge the status-quo and convince the management with crystal clear added-value proposals.
    Analytics
    • ‚ÄčThe Manager plays an analytical role in conducting research and performing analyses on the performance of the sales department ensuring prompt delivery and accuracy of daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to the management. This is for the purpose of identifying areas of improvement in the business’s marketing strategies, identifying opportunities and understanding the market and competitive environment.
    • The Manager also assesses the amount of resources required by the sales department in order to achieve optimal performance, leading to financial benefit for the business. The Manager tracks sales activities and creates reports that he presents to the management for use in strategic decision making.
    Relationship
    • The Manager must have the responsibility in the development and maintenance of relationships on behalf of the company and the business as a whole, for example, between the consumers and external partners. The  Manager develops and builds relationships and partnerships by being attentive, service-oriented, friendly, helpful, and courteous to customers, colleagues, external partners, and so forth.
    • The Manager acts as an evangelist for the brand, taking advantage of the relationships and connections that he has established to avidly represent the business, share its vision, increase awareness, and establish more relationships.
    Other Duties
    • Meets marketing and sales finanical objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analysing variances and initiating corrective actions.
    • Determines annual and gross- profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for groups. He is also responsible to project expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.The Manager must also analyse trends, to produce results, establishing pricing strategies, recommending selling prices, monitoring costs, competition, supply and demand.
    • Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, promotion programs and execute action plans in order to generate leads. 
    • Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements, defining market, competitor's share, competitor's strengths and weaknesses, forecasting projected business and establishing targeted market share.
    • Improves product marketability and profitability by researching , identifying, capitalizing on market opportunities, improving product packaging and coordinating new product development.
    • Sustains rapport with key accounts by exploring specific needs and anticipating new opportunities. 
    • Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
    • Protects organization's value key by keeping information confidential.
    • Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related target results as needed..
    • Ensure all relevant submissions to the relevent authorities are prepared, compiled, submitted within the stipulated deadlines.
    • Ensure all SPAs and other related documents are prepared and verified before the launch of new project.
