    We are an MNC Technology company located strategically in the middle of Kuala Lumpur City area. Our company is near to public transport amenities such as bus and Ampang Park LRT station.

    As an IT Service Desk, you must be focused on providing the best possible customer experience, as well as making sure that the systems that are critical to smooth operation and delivery of workstations are managed properly. Your major responsibilities are:

    - Provide end to end ownership of all incidents and service requests
    - Provide a proactive service to Exact staff, providing updates on open tickets as necessary.
    - Investigation and resolution (first time fix) of common issues.
    - Investigation of more complex issues providing triage function prior to passing to resolver groups as appropriate.
    - Identification and documentation of new fixes and workarounds.
    - Identify and address any service improvements opportunities.
    - Interact with resolver groups and co-ordinate activities required to ensure tickets are resolved within SLA.
    - Provide clear communications of service impacting major incidents and scheduled service availability hours.
    - Installation and management of end user devices like laptops and phones.
     
    You
    • Have a Bachelor in Information Technology and own a ITIL Foundation certificate.
    • Have at least three years of experience in a similar role.
    • Have extensive Windows 10, Office 365 and OneDrive knowledge.
    • Have knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware.
    • Have knowledge of MS Active Directory and Group Policy.
    • Have knowledge of VMware Airwatch / Horizon / Workspace ONE.
    • Have knowledge of IT network infrastructures.
    • Have experience in participating small and intermediate workplace related projects, like department relocations.
    • Have experience of driving activities pro-actively in order to improve the Service Desk offering.
    • Have problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to think holistically to provide unique solutions.
    • Have excellent customer service skills and ethos, achieving a high customer satisfaction rating.
    • Are proficient in spoken and written English.
